Privacy and Policy
This Privacy and Policy explains what personal information Ignition Casino collects from you, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It applies to the website, the mobile browser experience and every email, SMS and push notification we send. By opening an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted it.
What We Collect
When you register we ask for your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email and phone number. That set is the minimum any licensed casino has to verify, and we use it to confirm you are 18 or over and to run anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. At first withdrawal we may ask for a photo ID and a recent utility bill — this is the Know Your Customer (KYC) step required by our Curacao licence. We also log technical data automatically: device type, IP address, time of session, the pages you opened and your bet history.
Why We Use It
We use your account data to credit deposits and process payouts, to operate the games fairly, to detect fraud and to comply with regulators. Marketing communication only goes out if you ticked the opt-in box on signup; you can switch it off at any time from your dashboard. Aggregated analytics never identify you personally and stay on our servers in encrypted form.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with parties we genuinely need: our payment processors (so a deposit can settle), our KYC verification vendor, our fraud-detection partner and our licensing authority on request. We do not sell your data to advertisers, ever. Where a partner operates outside the United States, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses that hold the partner to the same standards you have here.
How We Protect It
Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted end-to-end with TLS 1.3. Player records are stored in a segregated database with role-based access; only a small number of compliance staff can read KYC documents, and every access is logged. Card numbers are not stored at all — they pass through a PCI DSS-compliant processor and never touch our servers.
Your Rights as a US Resident
If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we hold, ask for a copy, request deletion and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but the formal opt-out option is available all the same through the "Do Not Sell or Share" link in our footer. Residents of other states with similar laws — Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas — have equivalent rights, exercised the same way. International players keep GDPR-style rights as a baseline, including data portability and the right to be forgotten where retention rules allow.
How Long We Keep Records
Account records, KYC documents and transaction logs are kept for seven years after closure, which is the AML retention period required by our regulator. Marketing preferences, support tickets and unanswered enquiries are kept for two years. Cookies and similar technologies are covered separately in our Cookie Policy.
Children
The Ignition Casino service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and any account suspected of belonging to a minor is closed and funds are returned to the source of deposit.
Filing a Privacy Request
To exercise a right above, write to our privacy team through the contact page. We verify your identity, then respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can take the matter to the complaints procedure or to your state attorney general's office. Ignition Casino is licensed by the Government of Curacao and registered with the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
